Kazuha Story: Blade and courage, Poetry and distance
A year ago, when the people of Liyue were immersed in the grief of the death of Rex Lapis, an event also happened in Inazuma. Raiden Shogun issued the Vision Hunt Decree, Kujou Sara of Tenryou Commission was ordered to Inazuma around the arrest of people with vision.
The owners of the visions in Inazuma hide all day long for awhile, and they are afraid to Kujou Sara. But a samurai walked into the gate of Tenshukaku with his vision, to the executor of Vision Hunt Decree Kujou Sara, launched a duel before the throne. In the end, however, he was defeated in the duel, and Raiden Shogun imposed divine punishment on him. The samurai did not dodge, and raised the sword to face the Raiden Shogun's extreme martial arts, Musou no Hitotachi.
As Raiden Shogun's naginata fell, the martial artist and his broken blade fell to the ground. His vision flew into the air, waiting to be cast into the cold statue.
At this moment, a young martial artist carrying a blade all the way into Tenshukaku. He flew out and took the vision which is so dim...
The young man named Kaedehara Kazuha, he is the descendants of the famous bladesmith of Inazuma. However, due to some small contradictions with Kunikuzushi, the bladesmith family began to decline from the grandfather generation of Kazuha. When the family property to his hands, has reached the point of selling ancestral property.
But at this time, Kazuha showed himself different from ordinary people's state of mind. In his own account, he was relieved when he paid off his house. As far as he was concerned, this was a golden opportunity to begin leading a free and wandering life. Since then, Kazuha starts to roam the land.
After leaving Inazuma, he traveled extensively. Sometimes alone in a canoe through a storm, or trekking through mountains in the early summer. As a traveler, he found the difficulties in travel always be so interesting.
Gradually, he found that he could listen to the wind and read the clouds to know the weather was changing. And he can also sing poems with birds, fish and insects. One morning, he was awakened by the song of birds, only to find that there was an anemo vision lying on his chest.
Kazuha made many friends during his travels. One of them was particularly close to his heart, and for a time, the two journeyed together. This friend once told him of his dream, that is, to surpass the ultimate martial arts of Kujou Sara. The so-called "Musou no Hitotachi" is not impossible to contend against.
But they too would part, for their destinations were different. To have met merely by chance and then form such a strong bond, there must be a fated connection between them... so, although they would part ways for now, surely they would meet again. Or so Kazuha thought.
But something happened soon thereafter that would shatter his calm disposition — the Almighty Shogun promulgated the Vision Hunt Decree and swore to retrieve all Visions. All who wielded them, including Kazuha, were stricken with panic, concealing their identities and going into hiding.
It was then that Kazuha received shocking news: Someone had dared to call for a "duel before the throne," and that someone was none other than Kazuha's dear friend.
Even the normally calm Kazuha could not restrain himself. He drew his sword and stormed into Tenshukaku like a whirlwind... But alas, he arrived too late.
His friend's sword lay shattered in pieces, his Vision now an empty husk. Now a wanted man himself, Kazuha fled with grief in his heart.
Kaedehara Kazuha as a samurai, he defend his path all his days. Kazuha's moral principle is that "Surely the heavens did not give us fleshly forms and the gods did not watch over our lives all so that we might take up arms against one another."
But from that moment on, the days of peaceful wanderings were over, and Kazuha's life became an unending series of battles. Kazuha did not fear battle, of course, but the constant fighting left him feeling lost and perplexed.
After being aided by the Resistance on Watatsumi for a while, the Kamisato Ayato helped Kazuha board the crux fleet. The crux fleet is from Liyue, and are the only fleet currently able to break through the blockade to Inazuma. Kazuha began to wander around as a sailor.
As the travelers came to Inazuma, the country slowly emerged a ray of light. Beidou led thecrux fleet as mercenaries in the battle against the shogunate at the same time.
When Kaedehara Kazuha stood again under Tenshukaku, when Raiden Shogun attempt to hit traveler with "Musou no Hitotachi". This moment just like that day he failed to save his friend's regret to escape, this time he did not hesitate. The vision with the wish of a friend is now awakened by Kazuha.
Some says, the three people in Inazuma city who have lost vision are fortunate. Tejima no longer has to wait for the one he can't wait for; Kurosawa Kyounosuke no longer have to help the undeserving villagers; Master Domon is no longer attached to the title of number one in the world, so they feel that Vision Hunt Decree is not a bad thing.
But human existence is imperfect, and desire is imperfect. Some people spend their lives clinging to an obsession that others see as stupid and wrong, but they try their best with their power to fulfill those seemingly absurd attachments. This is the dazzling light that belongs to mortals, and the proof that a person has existed.
"Neither man nor God can deny anyone's efforts." Because of this, Kazuha is so dazzling by blocking "Musou no Hitotachi".
Kazuha is a standard samurai, he does not seek glory and wealth. Always defend his own path, and have more than ordinary calm. Even when he known that the plot of Balladeer led to the downfall of his family, his heart was never occupied by revenge.
Kazuha will remain on the crux fleet for a while now, but this is definitely not the end of his journey. For Kazuha, he always yearns for poetry and distance.
