When will it ship?

Typically, all orders will be processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, please note that for some popular items with limited stock or products that require additional time for production, processing time may extend up to 6 weeks in the worst-case scenario. The aforementioned estimate is provided for reference purposes only and does not imply a specific time guarantee.

In the event that your order contains multiple different items, we will need to wait for all of them to arrive at our warehouse before proceeding with the shipment. However, if you wish to receive certain items from your order sooner, you have the option to split your payment into two separate orders. This way, we can prioritize the shipment of the items that have already arrived at the warehouse.

Once all the items from your order are received at the warehouse (either through official channels or directly from the creators), they will embark on their journey promptly. Once your order is on the way, you will receive an email that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 business days, please contact us.

Your items will be meticulously packaged and shipped in sturdy boxes.

Import Duties and Taxes

When your ordered package arrives in your specified country or region, import duties, value-added taxes, or any other applicable taxes may be incurred. We are not responsible for these charges. In regions where additional taxes apply, the system will automatically calculate the corresponding fees and display them on the checkout page.

Lost or Damaged

We can ensure that the goods are in good condition upon shipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods after shipment as it falls under the responsibility of the logistics service provider. Of course, if you experience any substantial losses, please contact us, and we will certainly do our best to assist you.
