Genshin Angels: Besides Nicole and Zibai, who else do you know?
During the era when Celestia directly ruled the continent of Teyvat, before the War of Funerary Flame, the envoys of the heavens communicated with mortals. They led them in building civilizations, conveyed the will of the heavens, walked alongside humanity, and taught them language and natural philosophy. They were born with the curse of not being able to fall in love with humans; if they did, they would lose their physical forms.
During the War of Funerary Flame, angels were cursed by the Heavenly Principles for sheltering humans and falling in love with a voyager from beyond Teyvat. They lost their connection to the heavens, as well as their ability to teach and guide. From then on, burdened with a terrible curse, they devolved into "Seelie." Today, let's learn about the angels that have appeared so far in Genshin Impact.
1. The first Seelie, Goddess of the Dawnstar, the first Angel

The first Seelie trusted the words of the outsider traveler. With the help of the Three Moons, she created many forbidden beings (Snezhnayan Fae), established the ancient Snezhnayan civilization of the golden city Hyperborea, and intended to rebel against the Heavenly Principles. This triggered the angels' rebellion, which directly led to the angels being cursed: if they fell in love with a human, they would devolve into Seelie.
During her imprisonment, she took in the Lupus Boreas, Andrius, gradually regained her memories, and left her prison. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
2. The Lord of the Night
"One of us shall wander beneath moonless night, drinking a sea of tears in futility for kin who will not return."

After the War of Funerary Flame, the Pyro Dragon Sovereign Xiuhcoatl regained rule over Natlan. The Heavenly Principles, severely weakened from the battle with Nibelung, had no time to deal with the dragon race's resurgence in Natlan. The Pyro Dragon Sovereign led his kin to slaughter all of Celestia's envoys in Natlan. The last angel integrated with the Ley Line Ancient Tree, becoming The Lord of the Night; therefore, there are no Seelie in Natlan.
To aid the people of Natlan, The Lord of Night consolidated the fragments of the old Ley Lines and reconstructed their pathways, giving birth to the "Nation of the Night God."
Due to the devastation of the War of Funerary Flame, Natlan's Ley Lines became extremely fragile. The overly primordial elements rendered the land infertile, and no one could pray to the earth for sufficient sustenance. In those times, the ancient ancestors began seeking revelations from The Lord of the Night at the Ancestral Temple.
After the war ended, Xbalanque learned of Natlan's future and foresaw its invasion by the Abyss. Therefore, he used the power of the throne to contact the Ruler of Death, Ronova, borrowed her power to establish new rules for Natlan, and strengthened the Nation of the Night God. Since then, The Lord of the Night has constantly used the power of the Sacred Flame to resist the Abyss's corrosion.
Now, the immortal, cursed "Capitano" has merged with the life-exhausted Lord of the Night, granting the Night God immortality.
3. Goddess of Flowers, Nabu Malikata
"Another shall trudge across gilded sands, never to comprehend scarlet sincerity or ardent admiration."

A descendant of the Seelie race created by the primeval ones. She met the "Scarlet King" Al-Ahmar and tested the Greater Lord Rukkhadevata with three questions.
Later, the three gods together built the paradise "Valivija" and would often gather there to drink, revel, and discuss and debate wisdom.
When the Archon War broke out, the Scarlet King resolved to share his reign with the Goddess of Flowers and the Greater Lord Rukkhadevata. The Scarlet King, Goddess of Flowers, and Dendro Archon became allies. Even in paradise, the Scarlet King noticed the Goddess of Flowers often sighing.
Later, the Goddess of Flowers told the desert Archon, the Scarlet King, about the truth of the world that the first Seelie had shared with the angels. She helped the Scarlet King establish a new golden city and ultimately sacrificed herself to help him break through Celestia's restrictions, though the attempt ultimately failed. The death of the Goddess of Flowers caused the Scarlet King's temperament to drastically change, indirectly leading to the desert's decline and the emergence of forbidden knowledge.
4. White Horse Adeptus, Zibai
"Then, as their god, I shall die among them."

White Horse Adeptus served under the Ruler of Time and belonged to the race of angels. During the Eternal Era, she, along with the Ibis King and others, held the position of Moon Envoys. In Teyvat, she protected the ancient Liyue civilization of Lang-Gan. She also once provided the Enkanomiya civilization with the story from "Before Sun and Moon." Later, during the War of Funerary Flame, she died protecting the ancient Lang-Gan civilization. Before her death, she used the ancient "Tri-Factor Excision" method (referred to as "Renunciation of the Ego" by Rene), taught to her by The Lord of Geo, Heaven's Star (Zhongli), to split herself into three parts. The Ruler of Time then solidified them.
The First "Deadly Self" was trapped in the Moon's Shadow. The Second "Deadly Self" was trapped underground in The Chasm. The Third "Deadly Self" was later released by The Lord of Geo, Heaven's Star. She helped him win the Archon War, after which she secluded herself, ceasing communication with others, but leaving behind many legends.
Later, the Traveler and Zhongli joined forces to reunite her three souls into one, aiding in her resurrection. She currently resides at the "Baiju Guesthouse."
5. Nicole Reeyn
The Silent "Mage," the Voiceless "Angel"

The witch "N" is a descendant of the angels, one of the very few who did not devolve into Seelie and still retains their ideal form and power. She is unaffected by changes to the world tree but lost her voice and became human. As a child, Alice tricked her into joining the Hexenzirkel with a piece of candy. Together with Alice, she maintains the stability of the boundaries, has assisted the Traveler on multiple occasions, and is now available as a playable character.
6. Golden Bee, Sybilla
"Still another shall shrink into the dark, into bone-piercing hostility, until the promised tides arise to play out one final melody."
The now-forgotten early inhabitants of Fontaine during the Hyperborea cycle, who dwelled beneath the High Sea, once nurtured the Irminsul. The "Golden Bee" Sybilla was a "survivor from the previous cycle" of that era, an "envoy" who guarded the Silver Tree. Over the long passage of time, she lost her sanity and physical form. She bestowed her wisdom upon Remus, and together they created the great symphony "Phobos" that gathers the rhythms of all things.
