These Samplers reduce Pryo/Hydro/Cryo/Electro Elemental RES of surrounding enemies based on elementals of the other three characters in your team (except for Anemo and Dendro Elemental characters), with the exception of Xilonen. If the other three characters in your team are Anemo and Dendro Elemental characters, then Samplers will only reduce Geo Elemental RES of surrounding enemies. The value of the RES reduction is only related to the level of the Elemental Skill, which reaches 36% at full Elemental Skill level.
