FAQ

Q: Why is my Win key not working?

A: If the Win key is locked after pressing Fn+Win, the Win key will be disabled. In this state, the Win key indicator light on the keyboard will turn white, and an animation effect indicating the Win key is locked will appear on the screen in the upper right corner. Press Fn+Win again to unlock it.

Q: Why are my Win key and Alt key swapped, and why are my F1-F12 keys unresponsive or functioning as feature keys?

A: Normally, the keyboard automatically detects the operating system. If the keys are swapped, you can press and hold Fn+~ for 2 seconds to switch the keyboard to MAC mode. When used on a Windows system, this will manifest as the Win key and Alt key being swapped, and Fn+F1-F12 will act as feature keys. Press and hold Fn+~ for 2 seconds again to switch back to Windows mode.

Maintenance

1. Special Note: The keyboard's operating voltage is DC 5V. Therefore, using a power adapter with a voltage higher than 5V to charge the keyboard is strictly prohibited, as it may burn out components and render the keyboard inoperable.
2. When cleaning the product, please be careful. Gently wipe the dirty surface of the product with a slightly damp cloth, and then allow it to air dry naturally.
3. Do not use chemical cleaners to clean the product.
4. Use a soft brush or bristle brush to clean dust, debris, sand, etc., from the product.
5. If the product will not be used for an extended period, please cover it with the dust cover.
6. Operating environment: Temperature from 0°C to 40°C; Humidity less than 90% (RH).
7. For keycap cleaning, you can remove the keycaps directly and clean them with dishwashing liquid. After cleaning, ensure the keycaps are completely dry before reinstalling them, especially the reverse cross-shaped stem part.
8. For the UV-coated case, do not wipe it with alcohol, and do not store it for long periods under abnormal conditions such as direct sunlight or high temperature.
