Q: What phone sizes are compatible? Can it be used on tablets?

A: The magnetic version of the cooler can snap directly onto phones with MagSafe functionality. For other phone models or tablets, please use the included magnetic sheet for attachment.

Q: Can this cooler be powered by a power bank?

Standard power bank cannot support full-power operation, and cooling performance will reach only about 70%. To achieve full performance, a PD protocol fast-charging power bank with ≥40W output is required. If using a proprietary protocol power bank with ≥40W output, the overclocking mode of the radiator cannot be enabled. In addition, a fast-charging cable supporting ≥3A current is required.

Q: Will using the magnetic sheet reduce the cooling efficiency?

A: Yes, using the magnetic sheet will slightly affect the cooling performance, as it is made of high-quality steel with a thickness of 0.34 mm. However, it provides excellent magnetic grip and is easy to apply and remove.

Q: Can it be used with a phone case?

It can still provide cooling through a phone case, but for best performance, it is recommended to remove the case during use.

Additional Precautions

When the cooler is running, the cooling surface temperature drops rapidly. Hot air in the environment may condense into water droplets on the surface of the cooler. This is a normal physical phenomenon. Please disconnect the power promptly after you stop using the device.

Do not insert fingers or foreign objects into the air inlet, and do not block or cover it, as this may cause personal injury or damage the device.

This device contains magnets that may interfere with the normal operation of implantable medical devices. Please maintain a safe distance of at least 15 cm between this device and any implantable medical equipment.
