Genshin Impact 5th Anniversary Limited 5-Star Character Constellation Recommendations
First of all, I believe all Travelers have watched the Genshin Impact preview. There were many highlights this time, such as the event offering four character constellations per year.
Although initially exciting, seeing the selectable characters was somewhat disappointing. First, let's set aside the standard characters—after all, for veteran players who haven't missed any banner, they likely already have one or two standard characters at the maximum Constellation level. So, the focus here is on which limited characters offer good value.

Excluding the standard characters, the remaining options are Baizhu, Wanderer, Nilou, Cyno, Kamisato Ayato, Yae Miko, Shenhe, Arataki Itto, Sangonomiya Kokomi, Yoimiya, Kamisato Ayaka, Eula, Hu Tao, Xiao, Ganyu, Albedo, Tartaglia, and Klee. We'll now proceed with a group analysis (excluding C3 and C5 constellations).

Baizhu
C1 only provides one additional Elemental Skill use with no substantial improvement; C2 is a key constellation, enabling off-field capability (can be considered).
Wanderer (Scaramouche)
C1 slightly increases attack speed and damage but is practically useless; C2 boosts Elemental Burst damage, but the increase is modest (not recommended).
Nilou
C1 extends the duration of the Hydro Ring and significantly increases damage, enhancing comfort in Bloom teams—worth considering; C2 reduces Hydro and Dendro RES, making it a key constellation.
Cyno
C1 only improves attack speed with low value for cost; C2 offers a notable damage increase, but the character's mechanics are lacking (not recommended).
Kamisato Ayato
C1 damage is not fully consistent and remains underwhelming early on; C2 improves damage but lacks transformative impact (not recommended).
Yae Miko
C1 provides some energy restoration but offers poor value for cost; C2 is a key constellation, boosting damage and range (can be considered).
Shenhe
C1 provides an additional Elemental Skill use, significantly improving team energy recharge and Cryo damage (both Burst and Normal Attacks) in current Skirk teams; it extends Burst duration, making it a functional constellation—exchange based on situation.
Arataki Itto
C1 optimizes the stack-building mechanism, but considering its usage context, it's not worth exchanging; C2 is a key constellation with substantial overall character improvement (can be considered).
Sangonomiya Kokomi
C1 provides some damage increase with low value-for-cost; C2 offers a damage boost, but the improvement is modest (not recommended).
Yoimiya
C1 extends her Elemental Burst duration and adds a small amount of Pyro DMG, but the value-for-cost is low; C2 provides a numerical increase that is not significant (not recommended).
Kamisato Ayaka
C1 reduces Elemental Skill cooldown with Normal Attacks, but is not very useful; C2 is a key constellation, expanding her Elemental Burst range (can be considered); C4 reduces enemy DEF after using her Elemental Skill, which is a key constellation (can be considered).
Eula
C1 increases Physical DMG considerably, but considering the character's own issues, the value-for-cost is not high; C2 unified her Elemental Skill to function as a charged attack, providing a substantial damage increase (can be considered).
Hu Tao
C1 makes charged attacks not consume stamina, greatly optimizing her output rotation, making it worth exchanging for; C2 increases damage, but the extent is small, offering poor value for cost.
Xiao
C1 provides an additional Elemental Skill charge but offers little practical value—not recommended. C2 increases Energy Recharge, but Xiao doesn't lack Energy Recharge (not considered).
Ganyu
C1 reduces enemy Ice RES with Charged Attacks, but as a damage-dealing character, the value-for-cost is low. C2 adds an extra Elemental Skill charge (not considered).
Albedo
C1 increases Energy restoration efficiency for his Elemental Skill, but Albedo doesn't lack Energy—poor value-for-cost. C2 increases Elemental Burst damage but is ineffective (not considered).
Tartaglia
C1 reduces Elemental Skill cooldown—offers significant improvement for dedicated team compositions (can be considered). C2 Energy restoration provides limited team utility (not considered).
Klee
C1 triggers a 120% damage increase randomly—low value for cost. C2 reduces enemy DEF, making it a key constellation (can be considered).

Finally, regarding Constellation selection, there is one more point to consider: if willing, you can directly choose a standard character that is already at the maximum Constellation level. Doing so will yield extra Masterless Stella Fortuna, which can be saved to enhance the stats of currently powerful characters.
That concludes all the recommendations for Limited 5-Star Character Constellations in the anniversary self-selection event. However, the most important thing when choosing a character is your own happiness, so of course, pick the characters you like the most!
