For us in China, this isn't just a holiday; it's a massive cultural phenomenon. It is a time for family reunions, where people travel thousands of miles to be with their loved ones.
During this period, the entire country effectively presses the "Pause" button.
It's not just us—everyone stops working. This includes the official miHoYo team, the independent art studios we collaborate with, the factories, the warehouses, and the logistics companies. It is the one time of year when the busy world of Teyvat creators takes a well-deserved rest.
📦 Shipping Schedule: Feb 5th – Feb 28th
To allow our team to celebrate with their families, our warehouse will be on holiday from February 5th to February 28th.
What does this mean for your order?
Any order placed during this period will be securely recorded but will not be shipped until we return.
About Express Shipping:
Even if you select and pay for "Express Shipping" (like DHL/FedEx) during this time, please understand that we cannot process the parcel until the holiday ends, as the local logistics networks are also closed.
