This effect can trigger 8 times per character (counts are separate for each character) and has a 16-second cooldown.

C6: ~30% Increase. After using the Elemental Skill, all party members immediately gain the upgraded "Guidance of Theosis" effect, and damage dealt by the entire team ignores 40% of the enemy's DEF. C6 also enhances other Constellations to some degree: C2's resistance reduction is applied based on the entire team's elements, and C4's damage boost no longer requires Nicole to first shield and then switch characters to activate—the entire team directly gains 8 instances of the damage increase per character.
