Regarding the Elemental Burst effect: Upon activation, it deals area-of-effect Pyro damage and enters a special state. While in this state, when the active character's attack hits an enemy, it triggers a coordinated attack from an "Arcane Projection." This attack can be triggered once every 3 seconds, with a maximum of 5 times per rotation. The damage type of this coordinated attack is determined by the damage type of the active character.
